Lapland UK’s Ascot season runs from Saturday 7 November to Thursday 24 December 2026, and its standard tickets are sold out. The experience is staged in Whitmoor Forest on Swinley Road, which despite the Ascot address sits inside Bracknell Forest borough, and it is the biggest Christmas draw for miles. What remains for sale is the Golden Experience, the hospitality version, from £299 a person. The quick answer
Tours run every day from 7 November to 24 December except Wednesday 25 November, which is Superstar Day, the adapted show for guests with access needs. Standard tickets for Ascot are sold out; the last release was at midday on Friday 11 September. Standard prices ran from £60 a person on the cheapest November weekdays to £155 on the peak December Saturdays, plus a £4.95 booking fee per ticket and £5.95 postage per booking, with adults and children the same price and under-ones free. Golden Experience tickets are still available at £299, £399 or £599 a person depending on the date. Allow about four and a half hours, arrive 30 minutes before your tour time, and parking is free, one space per booking.
Where it is
The Ascot experience takes place in Whitmoor Forest, Crown Estate woodland at Swinley Road, Ascot, SL5 8BD, about 1.5 miles from Ascot railway station (Lapland UK, where is LaplandUK). The postcode falls in Bracknell Forest’s Swinley Forest ward, so the site is in the borough rather than in Windsor and Maidenhead. Lapland UK also runs a second site in Manchester, booked separately.
The 2026 dates and what each one cost
Lapland UK prices by date, and every visitor pays the same regardless of age. Its published price sheet for Ascot 2026 gives the starting price per person for each day (Lapland UK, 2026 standard ticket release prices, PDF). These were the prices at the point of sale; all standard dates are now sold out, but the table shows how the demand curve runs.

A family of four on the cheapest Tuesday in November would have paid £265.75 including fees; the same family on a peak December Saturday, £645.75. Tickets are subject to a £4.95 booking fee per ticket and a £5.95 postage fee per booking for the invitations (Lapland UK, ticket release September 2026).
What is still for sale: the Golden Experience
Lapland UK’s help centre says booking remains open for Manchester but Ascot is now sold out, and that Golden Experience tickets are available for both sites (Lapland UK, when and where do tickets go on sale). The Golden Experience is the hospitality tier, described by Lapland UK as its “most treasured way to visit”. Its published Ascot prices are £299 a person on November weekdays up to 24 November; £399 on November weekends, on 26, 27 and 30 November and on 1 to 3 and 7 to 10 December; and £599 on 28 and 29 November, 4 to 6 December and every day from 11 to 24 December, plus the booking fee. There are no Golden tours on 25 November either (Lapland UK, Golden Experience prices 2026).
How the ticket releases worked
The final availability for 2026 went on sale at midday BST on Friday 11 September 2026, through the booking portal only, covering standard tickets for both sites, Golden Experience tickets and Superstar Day (Lapland UK, ticket release September 2026). Lapland UK sells only through its own site. If you missed it, the options are the Golden Experience, Manchester, or its mailing list for updates.
What the visit involves
- Length: about four and a half hours. The first 90 minutes is a theatrical performance through the Enchanted Forest, the Toy Factory and Mother Christmas’ Kitchen, followed by the Elven Village and the meeting with Father Christmas (Lapland UK, what time should we arrive, Ascot).
- Arrival: the time on your booking is the time the tour departs, so Lapland UK asks you to arrive 30 minutes before.
- What is included: a husky soft toy for each child, the toy made in the Toy Factory, sent for Christmas Day, an invitation parcel by post, one complimentary souvenir photo and free parking (Lapland UK, tickets).
- Who can go: every booking must contain at least one adult and one child; infants under one are free (Lapland UK, what age is the experience suitable for). Adults cannot visit without children.
- Parking: on site and free, one space per booking with a second free space for groups of five or more. Coaches, minibuses and motorhomes cannot be accommodated (Lapland UK, parking).
Superstar Day, 25 November
Wednesday 25 November is set aside at both sites as Superstar Day, an adapted show for families with access needs. Lapland UK subsidises the day, runs every tour at reduced capacity, removes furniture from the sets for wheelchair access, has extra medics on site and provides BSL interpretation on the 11am tour (Lapland UK, what is Superstar Day). Standard tickets for it were priced from £80 in the Ascot release.
Getting there without a car
Ascot station is 1.5 miles away on South Western Railway’s Reading to Waterloo line, the line Bracknell is on, towards London; Lapland UK’s help centre has a note on taxi services for the last leg.
