Free tyre checks at Waitrose in Bond Way on Friday 18 September, 10am to 2pm, from Merityre Bracknell, with free inspections at its garage all through October.
Drivers doing their shopping at Waitrose in Bond Way this Friday, 18 September, can have their tyres checked for free before they head home.
Technicians from Merityre Bracknell will be in the supermarket between 10am and 2pm, carrying out complimentary tyre checks through the day. The garage expects hundreds of motorists to take one up.
The checks come ahead of National Tyre Safety Month, which runs through October. For the whole of that month the garage will also carry out free tyre inspections at its branch.

- Friday 18 September, 10am to 2pm: free tyre checks at Waitrose, Bond Way, Bracknell.
- Throughout October: free tyre inspections at Merityre Bracknell, Western Road, during National Tyre Safety Month.
A new garage on Western Road
The Western Road branch opened its doors in June. Merityre says the car park checks are part of its commitment to the local community, and that it wants to make the road network around the area “as safe as possible”.
Friday’s event also coincides with another investment at the branch: a new MOT bay. The sign above the workshop lists tyres, MOTs, servicing, wheel alignment, brakes, batteries and air conditioning, and gives the branch number as 01344 592299.
