Christmas Day lunch around Bracknell costs £51.99 to £145 at 12 pubs and hotels in 2026: prices, children's rates, deposits and pre-order dates for each.

For Christmas Day around Bracknell, the lowest published prices are at three Greene King pubs, the Bridge, the Silver Birch and the White Swan in Sandhurst, at £51.99 for four courses. The Golden Retriever on Nine Mile Ride (£104.95) and the hotels at Coppid Beech (£110) and Stirrups (£125) are the bigger occasions. Every entry was checked against the venue’s own site on 1 November 2026.

We have not eaten at any of these for this guide, and nothing here is a review. Each entry gives the price on the venue’s own Christmas menu, what that includes and what the venue says about deposits and booking, along with the Food Standards Agency (FSA) hygiene rating. One date matters soon: the Winning Post at Winkfield wants full payment and pre-orders by 25 November.

Bracknell pubs on Christmas Day

1. The Bridge, Wokingham Road

The Bridge is the Greene King pub on Wokingham Road. Its Christmas Day page offers four courses for £51.99, with roasts, “crispy golden roasties”, seasonal sides and meat-free options.

A £10 deposit a head, adults and children alike, holds the table. If you book by 11 December, menu choices and full payment are due that day; after that they are due by 18 December.

The pub takes no online bookings after 18 December and asks later diners to phone. The pub notes that licensing rules allow children on the premises until 7.30pm.

2. The Silver Birch, Liscombe

The Silver Birch is the Greene King pub in Liscombe, on the Birch Hill side of town, and it runs the same Christmas Day menu as the Bridge. Its Christmas Day page lists four courses at £51.99, with a £10 deposit a head for adults and children.

The payment and pre-order deadlines are the same: 11 December for bookings made by then, 18 December for anything later, and phone the pub for a table after the 18th.

3. The Running Horse, London Road

The Running Horse is the Hungry Horse pub on London Road. Its Christmas Day page prices three courses at £62.99 for adults and £22.99 for children, and among the starters it names “Breaded Brie Bites”, served with a caramelised red onion chutney.

The deposit is £10 a head for adults and £5 for children. Full payment is due by 11 December for bookings made by then, or by 18 December for later ones.

The pub warns that it may cancel a booking if menu choices miss those deadlines.

4. The Golden Retriever, Nine Mile Ride

The Golden Retriever is the Vintage Inns pub on Nine Mile Ride, south of Bracknell, which describes itself as a country pub. The 2026 Christmas Day menu linked from its Christmas Day page is three courses for £104.95, and the children’s menu is three courses for £42.50.

Vintage Inns’ deposit page asks for £10 a head on Christmas Day for every table, with full payment and pre-order by 8 December.

5. The Prince, Crowthorne

The Prince is the Greene King pub on Crowthorne High Street. Its Christmas Day page prices three courses at £62.95.

Among the mains are a hand-carved turkey dinner with stuffing, Yorkshire pudding, a pig in blanket and red cabbage, and a salmon and prawn Wellington. Starters include a twice-baked Cheddar soufflé and a chicken liver and brandy pâté.

There is a separate children’s Christmas Day menu, but the page gives no price for it. A £10 deposit a head holds the table, and menu choices and full payment are due by 11 December, or by 18 December for later bookings.

6. The Rose and Crown, Sandhurst

The Rose and Crown is the Punch pub at 108 High Street in Sandhurst. Its Christmas page prints the full Christmas Day menu: four courses for £65, starting with warm artisan breads, then a choice of mains that includes roast turkey with a pig in blanket and Yorkshire pudding, an 8oz sirloin steak and a vegan mushroom and red wine pie.

A mince pie comes to finish. Sides such as cauliflower cheese and pigs in blankets cost extra.

The children’s Christmas Day menu is three courses for £32.50. The pub says its festive dates “filled up quickly last year”.

8. The Shepherds House, Moss End

The Shepherds House is the Chef & Brewer pub on the Maidenhead Road at Moss End, Warfield. Its Christmas Day page prices three courses at £90 a head.

There are also gluten-free and “Young Guests” Christmas Day menus, but the page gives no children’s price. The deposit is £10 an adult and £5 a child, and the booking is not confirmed until every menu choice is in.

9. Stirrups Country House Hotel, Maidens Green

Stirrups is the country house hotel on Bracknell Road at Maidens Green, between Warfield and Winkfield. Its Christmas Day page for Friday 25 December 2026 prices the menu at £125 for adults and £34.50 for children aged 12 and under.

Starters include a truffled parsnip soup and a venison and beef shin terrine, a vegan blueberry trifle is among the desserts, and English cheese and biscuits cost £12.50 as an extra course. The hotel’s festive terms ask for written confirmation and a £10 a head deposit within 14 days of a provisional booking.

They also put children’s prices on Christmas Day at under 12.

10. Coppid Beech Hotel, John Nike Way

Coppid Beech is the large hotel by the Coppid Beech roundabout at the north-west edge of Bracknell. Its Christmas page sets out Christmas Day lunch on Friday 25 December with a glass of Prosecco on arrival and four courses.

Lunch is served from midday, with the last sitting at 2pm, and Father Christmas visits with a gift for each child. Adults pay £110 and children aged 12 and under £65.

The hotel’s Christmas brochure asks for a 50% deposit per person for Christmas Day. Rooms are from £109 with breakfast, and a festive afternoon tea runs at £28.95 for adults and £18.95 for children under 10.

11. The Winning Post, Winkfield

The Winning Post is the Upham Inns pub with rooms on Winkfield Street, Winkfield. Its Christmas page describes a five-course Christmas Day menu with a glass of fizz on arrival, at £135 a head.

The Christmas Day menu adds that children aged 6 and under can eat from the children’s menu at £24.95. Every booking needs a non-refundable £25 deposit a head, with full payment and pre-orders in by Wednesday 25 November 2026, the earliest deadline on this list.

From 25 November to 24 December the pub also serves a festive menu, Monday to Friday, at £39 for two courses or £45 for three. That menu needs a £10 deposit a head and pre-orders at least seven days ahead.

The Victoria Arms is the village pub on Terrace Road North in Binfield. It lists dog-friendly, step-free access, a real fire and a garden among its facilities.

It does not publish a Christmas Day menu. Its 2026 Christmas menu for December is £25 for two courses or £29.50 for three, with mains of roast turkey with chestnut and cranberry stuffing, braised beef bourguignon, salmon with sauce vierge and a vegan cauliflower gnocchi, all served with roast potatoes and maple carrots.

Just over the border

13. La Cloche at the Carpenters Arms, Sunninghill

The Carpenters Arms on Upper Village Road in Sunninghill is a Fuller’s pub with a French kitchen, La Cloche. It is in Windsor and Maidenhead, about four miles east of Bracknell.

Its 2026 Christmas Day menu is £145 a head and is written in French and English. It opens with amuse-bouches, then has mains of roasted Cornish monkfish with a smoked haddock velouté, roast farm turkey, beef Wellington or a shallot and potato tarte Tatin, followed by a cheese course and dessert.

Through December the festive menu is £34.95 for two courses or £39.95 for three.
