Forty-four companies registered a Bracknell address from 7 September to 10 October, from a Warfield dating site to a tool hire firm. Six more are winding up.
Forty-four new companies gave a Bracknell registered office to Companies House between 7 September and 10 October. They include a dating website in Warfield, a tool hire firm on the Roebuck estate, two takeaways, a corrugated packaging maker and a community interest company called Casa del Bunnies.
At the other end of the register, The Gazette carries six voluntary wind-ups with a Bracknell or Sandhurst address, two of which say every creditor will be paid in full, plus two winding-up petitions brought by Bracknell firms against companies elsewhere.
How this list is made. We search the Companies House register for incorporations whose registered office address includes “Bracknell”. That covers Binfield and Warfield, which use Bracknell as their postal town. It does not catch Crowthorne or Sandhurst, which have their own. A registered office is often an accountant’s office or a home, so a new company is not necessarily a new shop. We give the company name, its stated nature of business and the area only, never a home address.

Wind-ups and petitions
Four holding companies at Honeywell House. Star UK Topco Limited, Star UK Holdco Limited, Star UK Midco Limited and Star UK Bidco Limited, all registered at Honeywell House, Skimped Hill Lane, are being voluntarily wound up together with an Eastbourne company, Silver II UK Holdings Limited. The notice says it is anticipated that all known creditors will be paid in full. Creditors must send claims to the joint liquidator at PricewaterhouseCoopers by 10 November 2026. Companies House records all four as holding companies, incorporated in 2019 and 2020. (The Gazette, notice 5228821, 9 October 2026)
Sante Global LLP, The Courtyard, Eastern Road, is in a members’ voluntary liquidation. The directors have made a declaration of solvency and the notice says all creditors are expected to be paid in full, with proofs of debt due by 23 December 2026. (The Gazette, notice 5221509, 1 October 2026)
Vision Car Company Ltd, trading from Vulcan Close, Sandhurst, passed a resolution to wind up voluntarily on 10 September 2026 and appointed a liquidator from WSM Marks Bloom of Guildford. (The Gazette, notice 5211939, 17 September 2026)
Two petitions were brought by Bracknell creditors against companies based elsewhere:
- Frazer Simpson Limited, of Queensgate House, Cookham Road, petitioned on 15 September to wind up Trident Property Construction Limited, a London company. The hearing is at the Royal Courts of Justice on 4 November 2026. (The Gazette, notice 5224688)
- AAP Kingston Ltd, of Bracknell, petitioned in July to wind up Agentvision Limited, a London company. The hearing was listed for 7 October 2026. No outcome had been published in The Gazette by Sunday 11 October. (The Gazette, notice 5218844)
A petition is a creditor’s claim that a debt is unpaid. It is not a finding that the company is insolvent, and companies can and do settle or contest petitions before the hearing. The Gazette also carries bankruptcy notices for individuals with Bracknell and Sandhurst addresses this month; we do not report those.
What it means for you
If you are trading with a company on the wind-up list, check the notice for the deadline to lodge a claim. If you are about to deal with one of the new companies, the register page shows who runs it and whether it has filed anything yet; a company a few weeks old has no accounts to check. Food businesses need a hygiene rating before they can be judged on the kitchen: our September ratings roundup explains how the register works. Local firms listed in our directory are at businesses in Bracknell.
